August 24th, 2110 is a big day in the lives of my children. Today is Kevin's first day of graduate school at the University of New Mexico. We are so proud of him for studying so hard in University. He is going to be an excellent professor some day. Today is Carolyn's first day as a special education teacher. She has a full time postion with an elementary school in Provo. She has spent countless hours getting her classroom ready for the big day today. She is going to be an awesome teacher. We are so proud of her. We are so grateful for their wonderful spouses and the support they have been for them on their journey. Thanks Brent and Stacie for all you do. We love all of you very much.
Today is also a big day for Elder Jackson. Today marks 6 months in the mission field and he is now 1/4 of the way through. He is presently serving in Guaymas, Mexico but should be due for a transfer any time now. He loves his mission. He loves the people he teaches. We are so proud of him and we are so happy that he loves this experience so much. As a mother my heart is full today. Overflowing with emotion. My children are happy and healthy and it brings me great peace to see them doing so well.
